How To Slow Aging With Resveratrol

We’ve finally discovered how to slow down aging with resveratrol. Although we already knew red wine (in moderation) and certain berries, which all contain resveratrol,  are good for you – we now know why.

It has been known for some time that restricting the number of calories consumed lengthens lifespans. This is partly due to the fact that a lower calorie intake means fewer free radicals are produced. And it is the damage done to the DNA by free radicals which is the ultimate cause of aging.

The reason this happens has now become clear. Restricting calorific intake switches on a particular gene – Sirtuin 1. This gene plays an important role in restricting the damage free radicals do to DNA, which is the root cause of degeneration and death.

And Harvard scientist, David Sinclair, and his team at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology discovered transresveratrol switches on the Sirtuin 1 gene.

So you get the benefits of free radical scouring and DNA repair afforded by Sirtuin 1 – without the need for calorie restriction – once you know how to slow aging with resveratrol.

Unfortunately, you can’t drink gallons of red wine every day and even consuming large amounts of berries or red grape juice isn’t practical.

Fortunately, you can easily get the correct amount of trans resveratrol in a convenient daily supplement.

And the good news is, you can still take the small amount of extra resveratrol in your daily tipple of red wine. Just make sure you don’t exceed a couple of small glasses and drink them with a meal for maximum health benefit.

I’m currently researching a number of trans resveratrol products available to you world-wide by mail order.

So watch this space. Then you too will know how to slow aging with resveratrol.
