Harvard Medical School, has highlighted links between the amount of omega 3 oil an expectant mother consumes and her child's subsequent obesity.

In the first major study of its kind, research from Harvard Medical School has highlighted critical links between the amount of omega 3 oil the expectant mother consumes and the subsequent propensity of the child to become fat – or even obese.

The research team, headed by Dr. Emily Oken, Associate Professor, Department of Population Medicine, found a sharp contrast in outlook for obesity levels in new born babies, depending on whether the mother ate balanced amounts of omega 3 and omega 6 oils in her diet or a higher level of omega 6.

Consumption of omega 3 oil – mainly obtained from oily fish, such as sardines, salmon, tuna and mackerel – has been highlighted in many studies as being beneficial for general health. Omega 3 fatty acids – in particular EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and (docosahexaenoic acid) DHA – have been shown to improve lipid metabolism, helping to prevent heart disease.

They are known as essential fatty acids, because the body cannot make them and so has to draw on outside sources.

Of particular significance to this research is the fact that these oils might reduce fat levels in animals fed a high-fat diet. Also research has found that imbalances in the types of fatty acids in the diet, promotes the development of fat tissue in animals. Until now, there has been scant research on the effect this might have on humans.

The recommended intake of DHA, during pregnancy, is 200 mg daily and this is particularly important in the last four weeks of the pregnancy when large amounts of omega 3 oils are required by the unborn child for brain development.

Omega 3 fatty acids can only be obtained from oily fish.

Flax seed oil and walnuts do contain a precursor to omega 3, called alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), but the body must convert that to the required EPA and DHA.

EPA and DHA fatty acids are used to create the hormones controlling blood clotting, immune function and cell growth as well as components of cell membranes. Because it is when cell growth gets out of control that cancers are created. So, taking in sufficient of these fatty acids might play a role in cancer prevention.

Although, sources of omega 3 oils are restricted to cold water, oily fish, there are many sources of omega-6 fatty acids.

Omega 6 is found in nuts and seeds and in the oils extracted from them. Omega 6 is also present in vegetable oils, such as soy oil, which are present in virtually all cookies, crackers, candy and most fast food. Roughly 20 percent of the calories in the American diet are thought to derive from soybean oil.

Omega 6 fatty acids also provide the body with building blocks for hormones. However, hormones derived from omega-6 fatty acids tend to increase inflammation, blood clots (leading to heart attacks and strokes) and cell proliferation – the exact opposite of the effects of omega 3 fatty acids, which decrease those functions.

Ideally both types of hormones must be in equilibrium for optimum health and many nutrition experts think we used to consume omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids in roughly similar proportions.

But to our great detriment, most North Americans and Europeans now get far too much omega 6 and not enough omega 3. This dietary imbalance could explain the increasing cases of asthma, various cancers, coronary heart disease, auto-immune diseases and neurodegenerative diseases, all of which are believed to have their roots in inflammation.

In the Harvard study, the research team noted the mother’s omega 3 fatty acid intake and the level of omega 6 and omega 3 in the umbilical cord blood at delivery. They then extrapolated the chances of obesity in the child at three years old.

The study showed the odds of obesity in three year olds were between two and four times higher when cord blood had a high ratio of omega 6 to omega 3 fatty acids.

In contrast, the odds of obesity were 30+% less, when the mother’s intake of omega-3s was high or if the ratio of omega 3 to omega 6 in the cord blood was more or less balanced.

Could it be that a simple lack of vitamin D poisoned classical composer, Wolfgang Mozart - not a jealous rival?

Could a vitamin D deficiency explain the tragically early death of prolific musical genius Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart? Retired NASA scientist, Dr William Grant, certainly thinks so.

There has always been much speculation about the death, in 1791, at the age of 35 of this talented composer. There has even been an award winning movie ‘Amadeus’, based on the theory Mozart was poisoned by less talented rival, Salieri.

The truth may be less exciting: Mozart may have died from kidney disease.

Kidney disease means that the body slowly poisons itself due to the inability of the kidneys to rid the body of waste material and toxins. And it is known that Mozart was a sickly person who suffered from a number of nasty illnesses during his short life, including life-threatening kidney disease, typhoid, smallpox, tonsillitis and strep throat.

And the common thread that runs through all these ailments is a severe deficit in vitamin D levels.

What is vitamin D?

This vitamin is actually two fat-soluble vitamins, either D2 (ergocalciferol) or D3 (cholecalciferol). The vitamin plays an important role in strengthening the immune system by increasing the activity of natural killer cells. It also plays an important role in keeping bones strong by helping with the proper absorption of calcium by the body.

You can obtain some of this vital vitamin through your diet. Foods rich in this vitamin include fish, such as sardines, but the chief source is sun exposure on the skin.

Vitamin D and sunlight:

In Mozart’s time, the existence of vitamins was unknown. Nowadays, we know this vitamin as the the ‘sunshine vitamin’, because the body actually manufactures this from sunlight falling onto the exposed skin. However, Mozart was known to sleep all day and work all night, severely limiting his chances of getting sufficient amounts of sun – and thus this vital nutrient.

So, maybe Mozart was poisoned after all – only not by a jealous rival, but from kidney disease brought on by vitamin D deficiency.

Health Benefits of Selenium Now In Tomatoes |FoodPhysician.com

The health benefits of selenium are well known, although most folks don't get enough of it. But no longer, because it is now being added to tomatoes ...

The health benefits of selenium play an important part in strengthening the immune system.

In fact, it is as important as getting the right vitamins and well over 20 different selenocysteine-containing selenoproteins have been found in cells and tissues of the body.

It is thought this trace mineral and powerful antioxidant can help cut down the risk of cancer in all parts of the body as well as other diseases. It may also prove to be as important as vitamin E in helping to protect the heart. Other important uses of selenium is in the function of the thyroid gland.

Too low an intake denies folks the health benefits of selenium:

But most folks have an unhealthy selenium deficiency because they don’t have anywhere near the correct levels of selenium intake from the foods they eat. This is particularly true of the UK diet.. The recommended selenium levels are: 60 micrograms (mcg) for women and 75 micrograms (mcg) for men. The level is higher for men because of the particular health benefits of selenium for men.

This mineral is thought to be particularly beneficial in guarding against prostate cancer – the second biggest killer of men. Couple that with the lycopene in the tomatoes (also thought to guard against prostate cancer) and you have two powerful elements that could help fight this deadly condition.

This deficit can be made up with selenium supplements, but it is far better to eat the mineral in its natural state to maximize the holistic advantages.

So now UK food retailer, Marks and Spencer have produced a tomato, with all the regular benefits of this super-food plus the benefits of selenium. This avoids the need for selenium supplementation via pills.

Selenium is a mineral essential to good health and is found in certain soils. Vegetables grown in that selenium-rich soil take up the mineral, making the nutrients available to whoever eats that vegetable. Unfortunately, many parts of the world have soils lacking in selenium.

How to maximize the health benefits of selenium:

The highest selenium content is found in Brazil nuts, provided they are grown in Brazil. After that the richest sources are shellfish (such as crab and lobster) and liver.

These ‘super tomatoes’ are twice the price of regular tomatoes. So you could simply stick with eating regular tomatoes and also eat a handful of Brazil nuts every day, saving yourself much money whilst still enjoying all the health benefits of selenium.

Do you drink low calorie soft drinks? Then you'll be interested in the findings of The University of Texas, who claim low calorie drinks make you fatter!

A new study suggests that low calorie drinks and ‘diet’ sodas – often perceived as a smart, guilt-free way to get a sweet hit, can have the opposite of the desired effects and actually make folks people put on weight.

Dr Helen Hazuda, PhD of the University of Texas’s Health Science Centre has discovered the artificial sweeteners in the drinks can make you want to eat sweeter food, which is often high in calories.

Low Calorie Drinks study details:

The study, which closely monitored theconsumption of low carorie drinks by a sample of 474 people over a period of ten years indicated that ‘diet’ drinks can be more harmful to your waste line that regular sodas.

It seems to be because the artificial sweeteners in low calorie drinks are between 180 and 13,000 times sweeter that real sugar. But the artificial sweeteners don’t satisfy the body’s cravings, causing it to want more sugar, protein and fat foods.

Also, it seems some folks think they have ‘saved’ enough calories with the low calorie drinks that they can afford to load up with other high calorie foods yet not exceed their overall target.

Cases of type 2 diabetes have doubled since the 1980s. This is an indication of the poor modern diet and the USA is the worse offender.

The number of adults with diabetes in the world has more than doubled since 1980, so says a study in the British medical journal The Lancet.

In a joint research project, scientists from Harvard University, USA, and Imperial College London, claimed that incidents, world-wide, had risen from 153 million in the 1980s to 347 million now.

Type 2 diabetes is closely linked with bad diet, because excessive eating of high sugar foods eventually unbalances the insulin regulatory system, leading to poor blood sugar control.

Diabetes prognosis:

The condition can cause kidney disease, blindness, heart disease and strokes. The US had the highest prevalence in the developed world.

Side effects of the frequently prescribed medications for this condition include: bloating; diarrhea; low blood sugar and consequential tiredness; itching or an actual skin rash; metal taste; risk of liver disease; swelling in the ankles or legs; upset stomach; weight gain.

Fortunately, type 2 diabetes can now be reversed:

There has been some exciting research by Professor Roy Taylor at Newcastle University who has found that a special low calorie diet can reverse type 2 diabetes. This amazing feat is achieved by simply eating the correct foods, rather than rely on harsh medications with possible side effects.

New research has proved that type 2 diabetes can be reversed by following a low calorie diet ...

A new report showing that a low calorie diet can reverse type 2 diabetes is as little as seven days has been published.

It comes from UK based Newcastle University and turns the received medical wisdom that it is impossible to reverse diabetes completely on its head.

Professor Roy Taylor, who led the research reports that fat levels in the pancreas dropped very rapidly. It is thought high fat levels inhibit correct production of insulin by the pancreas.

In addition, blood sugar levels dropped back to normal in a week. This is a clear indication that pancreas and liver function was returning to normal and well on the way to reverse diabetes.

How do you reverse type 2 diabetes?

The downside is that the diet requires Draconian levels of calorie reduction: just 600 calories a day. Tht compares with a more normal level of roughly 2,000 calories a day for women and 2500 a day for men – depending on your level of physical activity and age.

But, if the patient can summon up the willpower to maintain such a strict dietary regime, they can reverse diabetes without gastric band surgery or pharmaceuticals.

But some doctors, such as Dr Sarah Jarvis, doctors doubt if patients will have to willpower to maintain such a strict diet. They also point out that this method has indeed been successful previously, except for the fact the patients – having reversed their diabetes – invariably slid back into their bad eating habits, causing the disease to resurface.

Like all cooking involving heat, take great care. As this involves barbecuing in the open, take particular care and do not allow children anywhere near a lit barbeque.

Barbequed Monkfish With Tiger Prawns And Mixed Vegetables – The Recipe (Serves 4)

350 g or 3/4 lb of monkfish or any firm fish, such as tuna.

8 tiger prawns.

3 sweet peppers, one of each color – red, yellow and green

1 large red onion

175g or 6 oz button mushrooms

4 bamboo skewers

Extra virgin olive oil (the perfect fat for healthy cooking)

Cut the monkfish into bite size pieces. Remove the heads from the prawns but leave the shells on. Cut the peppers and onions into 1 1/2 inch (4 cms) pieces.

Meanwhile, soak the bamboo skewers in cold water for about 30 minutes.

Put two or three pieces of monkfish and two tiger prawns on each bamboo skewer, together with a selection of the vegetables in a random pattern.

Brush the prawns with a little olive oil, some time before putting on the heat.

Light the barbeque and wait until all the flames have died down and the coals are white or a light brown, which takes about 20 minutes.

We’re ready to start our healthy cooking!

Place the loaded skewers on the barbeque, turning frequently so they do not burn. They should be ready after ten minutes.

Serve on a bed of baby spinach leaves and cherry tomatoes.

Barbequed Monkfish With Tiger Prawns And Mixed Vegetables – The Health Benefits

This dish is a perfect example of healthy cooking that’s fun and tasty and really healthy, too.

Not only are the vegetables loaded with valuable nutrients and vitamins, the fish and shell fish are both a wonderful source of protein and valuable Omega 3 oils.

The monkfish, which has a delicate white flesh, very comparable with lobster or scampi, also contains phosphorous and potassium. Potassium is particularly valuable, as it helps regulate blood pressure and can actually lower high blood pressure to safer levels.

The tiger prawns are a rich source of selenium — a mineral believed to play a vital role in bolstering the immune system against disease.

The soft shells of the prawn contain the source of glucosamine, which helps to repair joints suffering from osteoarthritis. I eat these, which proves very effective at guarding against any joint twinges.

All the bell peppers — in common with all brightly colored vegetables are good sources of antioxidants and the red pepper is particularly high in vitamin C. Being members of the chill family, they also contain capsaicin, which has the ability to stop the cell changes that can lead to cancer.

The one cloud on the horizon is the method of cooking. Burnt and smoked food — particularly burnt meat — can contain dangerous carcinogens and so against our healthy cooking ethos.

So be careful not to eat smoked food too often or to burn your barbequed food. If you wish to cook on a barbeque, yet avoid any risk of burnt or smoked food, you can simply wrap the food in aluminum foil, which will cook it with steam, preserving all the moisture and delicious flavor of the food.

This is my tell-all review of Pregnancy Miracle, the book by Lisa Olson. If you want to skip this and go direct to her Pregnancy MIracle site click here.

In this Pregnancy Miracle book review, I’m going to both shock and delight you …

And here’s a shocking statistic you need to know right away: US couples spend nearly $2billion a year on fertility treatments, seeking their own pregnancy miracle, and yet half of them still fail to become proud parents.

So I was excited to discover Lisa Olson’s book, Pregnancy Miracle, based on her own personal experience of first being told she was ‘infertile’ and then giving birth to not one – but TWO healthy children – using her own holistic approach. A true ‘pregnancy miracle’ that changed not only Lisa’s life, but the lives of couples all over the world.

And now the Pregnancy Miracle program is helping more couples get pregnant fast, all the time – often after they have undergone a whole range of tests and procedures – and proving their doctors dead wrong!

Hi, I’m Paul Hooper-Kelly, the Food Physician. I’m also the man the medical profession and the big pharmaceutical companies love to hate because I’ve helped many folks avoid the trauma and cost of surgical procedures and drug, that might have harmful side effects, by researching and writing about alternative, gentler ways of healing using the awesome power of certain foods.

And recently I met someone else who probably also has effigies of herself, bristling with pins, on the shelves of many a medical establishment. Her name is Lisa Olson and – probably like you have – she has wasted many frustrating years trying to get pregnant. In fact, Lisa had gone through the medical mill and tried just about every procedure and test that the medical profession could devise. Yet still she was unable to conceive.

Then, at the wrong side of 40, her doctor told her she was infertile and washed his hand of her. Does that sound familiar?

But Lisa is a tough cookie.

And if you’ve also experienced that same cruel put-down than you’ll be delighted to hear that, after an intensive study of the subject, Lisa was able to get pregnant – not once – but twice! The first time at aged 43. What’s more they were both healthy children. That’s when the perfect title for the book – Pregnancy Miracle – sprang to mind.

So, if Lisa can do it after being pronounced infertile – and when the chances of getting pregnant at 40 are supposed to be as slim as a snowball in hell – then there is every chance this is exactly the sort of pregnancy miracle you’ve been looking for, too.

And Lisa’s experience was no fluke, because since then she has gone on to help many other good folks create their own pregnancy miracle. All of them had been told they can’t get pregnant – yet some did … within just a few weeks – despite all of them experiencing difficulty getting pregnant.

What’s more, many of her success stories are ladies who are the wrong side of forty. And that’s the most comforting aspect of Lisa’s program, because – by the time you’ve followed all the advice, taken all the tests and suffered all the procedures, time has almost certainly marched on and your biological clock will be running down fast. But there’s no need to worry about that with Lisa’s program.

So, once I knew of Lisa’s first hand experience of the subject (which I can never hope to emulate), I decided not to write my own book, but spread the word about Lisa’s Pregnancy Miracle program instead.

You see, I’ve bought the book and have gone through it for you. …

And here’s what you find in the Pregnancy Miracle book:

So what is the objective of Lisa’s Pregnancy Miracle book?

Let me quote directly from page 40 of the Pregnancy Miracle …

“The goal of this book is to help those who are suffering from all types of infertility to find news ways to treat their problem in order to finally conceive and give birth to the child they dream of.”

Figuring the most fertile days to get pregnant:

And then she get’s right to it with a section entitled: “Knowing when you are most ready to make a baby.” This isn’t just bland advice about how to calculate which day you ‘might’ be most fertile, but 14 info-packed pages (including some illuminating diagrams) that tell you precisely how to figure out your most fertile days to get pregnant and thus are most likely to get pregnant.

Little wonder, with details such as this, that Beth Carrigan of Melbourne, Australia reports her own personal pregnancy miracle, when she got pregnant (at age 37) within five weeks of getting the book – after wasting seven years and thousands of dollars and useless fertility treatments.

Can I get pregnant at 46:

Emma Yager of Berlin, Germany did. And here’s what she says …

Emma Yager got pregnant at 46 thanks to Pregnancy Miracle

Nor is that much of a fluke, because Lisa, herself got pregnant for the first time at 43 and again, later.

This book covers every conceivable holistic method to increase your chances of getting pregnant. What’s more, it will also allow you to discuss your situation on more or less equal footing with your physician. Everything you might need is covered in detail, from the names of all the hormones that rule your body, what they do and how much is good or bad, to really basic information like that act of lovemaking and the so obvious mistake more than half of couples make (page 77).

As Lisa points out, couples in the USA spend a couple of billion dollars every year trying to get pregnant, yet only half succeed. You would think with all that medical knowledge the success rate would be nearly 100%. Yet, it’s nearer 50%. So, because it’s clear Western medicine doesn’t know everything there is to know about fertility and how to get pregnant.

And if you thinks that a little flaky, you aren’t alone. Because Lauren Ross of Georgia, USA says: “I never believed in anything alternative to western medicine and thought all the other stuff like Chinese medicine was a hoax. But I was soon glad to be wrong”. She certainly was glad, because Lisa’s approach she got pregnant at 38, despite being told she only had a 4% of conceiving and only a 2% change of going the full term. Here’s a photo of her and her beautiful new baby …

That’s because her researches on this aspect have proved to be the golden key that worked for many of her previously ‘infertile’ clients.

Clients such as these …

Pregnancy Miracle Success Story:

Ands once you have a good understanding of all the issues involved, Lisa introduces her five step plan to get you the baby of your dreams.

Remember that old saying: “Perfect preparation prevents pathetic performance”? You do? Good, because Lisa’s very sensible first step is to show you how to prepare to get pregnant.
Ad this largely consists of what to avoid – including things you might never dream have a negative effect on your fertility, such as aromatherapy.

Then Lisa goes on to give you her eight commandments. But fear not: none of them are particularly onerous and most, in fact, are sound advice that will drastically improve your energy and zest for life. Just as well, because once that baby is born, you’ll need all the energy you can summon!

The next step gets my full Food Physician endorsement, because Lisa covers foods to eat to get pregnant.

And this is sound, down to earth nutritional advice for anyone, so don’t think you need dish up different foods for your partner, because they need to be fighting fit to play their part in this conception, too.

And talking about male fertility, Lisa goes into great detail about some highly beneficial herbs you and your partner can take. For example, she recommends your partner eats some pumpkin seeds. These are a powerhouse of zinc and plays an important role in male fertility. In fact, zinc is thought to be the reason who Casanova was such a prolific lover (although he got his zinc ration from the more exotic oyster).

The connection between low sperm count and getting pregnant:

And, because Lisa’s is obviously determined to leave no stone unturned in her quest to help you get pregnant fast, she also devotes a section of her book to the fertility of your partner.

So, if your partner has been shown to have a reduced sperm count, don’t worry, because Lisa has this covered too. Simply follow her four proven steps to increase low testosterone, low sperm count and motility.

And – once again – she gets my full approval for this approach, which uses wholesome tasty food in preference to nutritionally empty, highly adulterated junk food.

Immune system problems and pregnancy:

Nearly 20% of infertility problems can be traced back to the immune system, so Lisa explains all this and arms you with what you need to get the best from your doctor.

Finally, Lisa deals with what will probably, by now, be a looming problem for you. Because if you’ve wasted much time and treasure vainly trying all the tests and procedures the medical profession offer, then chances are your biological clock is ticking louder and louder. Well, remember that was a major problem for Lisa, too. So you can be sure you will be getting the very best advice from someone who has been there, too.

And, just how effective is Lisa’s take on that can be amply demonstrated by the cases of Emma Yager and Lauren Ross – both of whom were aged over 40 – as was Lisa at the time she conceived for the first time.

Infection and getting pregnant:

Around 30% of infertility cases are due to infections. So Lisa details the possible infections you might not even be aware you are suffering from. Nor are these sexually transmitted diseases, but regular conditions many other folks have without knowing it.

Finally, Lisa covers that most dreaded diagnosis of all: ‘unexplained infertility’. This can strike terror into the hearts of anyone, because it implies there is no hope. After all, if the cause isn’t known, the problem cannot be fixed. But Lisa turns this on its head and reassuringly points out that it really means there is no reason why you can’t get pregnant. Then she points out that, as all the high technology of Western medicine has let you down, the best course now is to look at traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).

Is there anything more you need to know about Pregnancy Miracle?

Because to sum up, if you are completely healthy and young, yet you want to get pregnant quick without fuss or if you have a history of problems such as …

Tubal obstruction

High levels of FSH

Suffer from PCOS or endometriosis

Have uterine fibroids or uterus scarring

Lazy ovaries or ovarian cysts

A sad history of miscarriages

Your male partner has a low sperm count

Or even if you are the wrong side of 40

Then you have everything to gain by trying to create your own personal pregnancy miracle.

In fact, you risk nothing, because everything is covered by Lisa’s very generous sixty day ‘Get pregnant or your money back’ guarantee.

Are there any shortcomings with Pregnancy Miracle?

It covers nearly 340 well written pages, which means you’ll find an answer to every question you’ve ever had about becoming pregnant. But 300= pages can seem a little daunting at first. But there’s an excellent index covering several pages. So simply pick out the bits that are relevant to your own circumstances and ignore the rest. There’s no need to buy every item in the store on the first visit.

Buy Pregnancy Miracle right now and you can claim this very useful advantage …

Right now, Lisa is offering three month’s worth of personal email consulting as part of the Pregnancy Miracle package. But, as you can imagine, this is very time consuming and might be withdrawn at any time.

So click here to claim your copy of Pregnancy Miracle and your three month’s personal consulting.

Most doctors have a limited knowledge of natural home remedies and general nutrition. So they often prescribe pharmaceuticals for conditions that could be better treated - with less side effects - by using the power of certain foods to remedy - and even cure - many debilitating illnesses.

So take control of your own health by using these guaranteed natural home remedies - because no one else cares about it as much as you do.

A medical doctor’s knowledge of nutrition and home remedies is often fairly basic. That’s because time pressures won’t allow them to keep up to date with almost daily discoveries about the guaranteed home remedies that spring from eating certain foods.

So they tend to have a better knowledge of pharmaceuticals than they do of the power of natural foods to alleviate – and even cure – medical conditions.

This is despite doctors taking the Hippocratic Oath. This is the ethos set out by Hippocrates — ‘Father Of Medicine’ which says … “Food should be thy medicine … and above all do no harm.”

The brutal truth is this …

Many pharmaceuticals do come with unpleasant side effects, and often require the prescribing of additional drugs to deal with these side effects. The net result is you could end up taking various medications – often for extended periods – possibly for the rest of your life.

Fortunately, there is a growing body of opinion in the advantages of certain healing foods for use as home remedies. Sometimes even a change in your lifestyle or outlook can be classed as one of the home remedies, because it brings about the most dramatic changes without requiring medication of any sort.

This opens up the bright prospect of even more truly effective home remedies, leading to better, more gentle ways of protecting against disease – and even reversing damage, simply by changing your diet and lifestyle.

Natural home remedies can help get rid of those embarrassing conditions:

And it is surprising just how many conditions where home remedies can be effective. Such as those mild – but embarrassing – conditions, such as acne, nail fungus, bad breath and body odor which can be very effectively dealt with by changes in diet.

And Natural Home Remedies can also save you from more serious conditions:

These include quite serious conditions, such as high blood pressure, where I know cases where folks have avoided the need for any medication to control this condition. And I’d even include kidney disease in that, because I know of cases where simply following a special kidney diet has allowed folks with even serious levels of kidney disease to avoid the need for regular kidney dialysis treatment.

And then there are conditions, such as kidney stones and gout, which can be very dangerous if left untreated but which don’t necessarily require medical intervention or surgery, if the right home remedy is used.

What’s more, couples who have been devastated by being told they cannot start a family have been astonishing their doctors by getting pregnant fast – sometimes in a matter of weeks, despite the medical profession having used every conceivable procedure and failing.

And the best news apart from their astomishing effectiveness – is the comforting knowledge that these natural home remedies are mainly based on simply eating more good foods, so there is virtually zero risk of any side effects – unlike with harsh pharmaceuticals.
